Identification help needed

Postby Hallibag » Wed Sep 20, 2017 11:01 am

Hi, everyone:

I'm new to this forum, and to insulator collecting in general. So, while I'm learning as fast as I can, please be patient with me if I ask some dumb questions!

Now, I was wondering if somebody might be able to help me identify the model of this insulator found in Ontario. I've done quite a bit of looking online, but haven't yet found a similar insulator. Here are a few photos:

Hi - welcome to the forum. That's an American piece made by Ohio Brass. It's a fairly common cable top style. I don't know the U number (the numbering system for porcelain insulators)

Hope this helps,
Chris
