Odd Suspension Auction Presentation

This was sent to me out of the blue. Anyone care to comment on this
one? Interesting presentation. The seller has not sold many items, but I
recognise the listing "frame" from some where ( and I don't often look at
Ebay ).
I don't know the seller or the person who sent me the listing, so I'm
puzzled on several levels.
