what is it?

Postby poorboy » Sat Oct 23, 2010 6:41 pm

I recently purchased this speciman along with some glass thru a private purchase. I don't have a book on porcelain so was hoping someone could ID this for me. It has the embossing CTS on the top of the dome and is 3 1/4" tall and 2 1/4" wide.
Any ideas?

Hi Poorboy:
While I don't know the U-number for it, there are several embossings of this relativly common Canadian phone insulator.
I've never heard of it being used in the US come to think of it, all though for some reason I thought one or maybe 2 embossings came from the US.
