Hey Steve:
I believe that was initially covered when the site transfer was being set up. I think the concensus was that since the site overlaps to a certain degree with ICON, the existing For Sale folder in place for that site would remain as the venue for selling. This in turn avoided duplication. As for an Insulators Wanted folder, I suspect the same would hold true.
