Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 9:59 pmYup,the spot looked good,so started to probe and the first glass I hit was a split 742 pulled it out,probed agian MORE GLASS and things started to take off from there,most of the 143s were hamilton base.

Coming to Barrett's gathering in 2 1/2 weeks? If so, what's the odds of the attendees seeing a "line-up"? Congratulations on this spectacular discovery. Makes you think, if a lineman stashed several poles worth here, did he also do this on other parts of the same line? Maybe every 3rd, 4th or 5th pole. All I can say is "KEEP DIGGING!!!!!!!!"

We just don't have those opportunities out West.
We have the Collins Overland Telegraph, but that was hit hard by earlier collectors.
Lately, I just get guys trying to sell me clear Dominions for $10 each. lol.

Someone told me about your post, and I didn't really quite beleive them until I saw it for myself.
You must have had some good curse words come out of your mouth when you found that stuff. I know I sat looking at my screen for awhile with my mouth open and shaking my head. I've never even dreamt of such a find.
