nice piece of glass

Found these two nice additons on an online sale this past weekend. Sure wish the two CD311's would have been with the 248 but oh well, 1 piece at a time.

Does anyone have a complete 248/311/311 and where did you find it.

Hey,nice power piece!. got mine from Larrin Wanecheck back in the earliy nineties .I know lots of Hemi 248s came out of Montana(and lots are still in service) but i cant say about the Pyrex pieces! I guess you need the two sleeves, :) Maybe contact Jack Riesellman in Montana,he would be the man to know!

..... and Larry Volmer out that way would also be a good source of western US insulators. He was a lineman for many years and seems to have saved just about anything he ever touched. His web site is www.linemanantiques.com and he's a sharp kinda guy.
